Born and raised on Madura Island, Indonesia, Fatima came to the United States with a loving family and an ambition to spread her love of Indonesian spice. Festival by festival, weekend by weekend, we grew from Houston to all corners of Texas.
First of its kind
With grit and dedication, Fatima's Sambal proudly became the first fully legally certified Indonesian sambal brand in Houston — an exciting step in our ever-growing journey.
